1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Trading name: Fast Document Q
Legal contracting entity: Fast Document Q (confirm the legal contracting party in your quotation)
Business / service address: Please request and confirm these details before booking a service.
Registration details: Please request and confirm these details before booking a service.
Email: info@fastdocumentq.com
Cellphone: Cell: +27 62 410 2388

These terms apply to enquiries and the private administrative services agreed with Fast Document Q. Your written quotation identifies the contracting party, scope of work, price, payment terms and any case-specific arrangements. An enquiry alone is not an order and does not authorise paid work.

2. Private assistance and authority decisions

We provide preparation assistance, communication, submission and legalisation coordination, follow-ups, collection arrangements and courier support within the agreed scope. We are not a government department, embassy or issuing authority. The relevant authorities control official documents, records, processing and decisions.

3. Professional fees and separate charges

Important: FAST DOCUMENT Q charges professional fees for time, expertise, administration, preparation assistance, communication, submission coordination, follow-ups, collection arrangements, legalisation coordination and courier support. Government, institutional, embassy, apostille, notary and courier charges may be separate unless expressly included in a written quotation.

Before you proceed, request a written quotation identifying included services, known external costs and whether applicable taxes are included. Additional work or expenditure outside the agreed scope requires your authorisation.

4. Acceptance and commencement

Work starts when the scope and quote have been accepted in writing, required authorisation has been provided and any agreed initial payment has been received. Tell us in writing if you want work to start immediately. Any effect on applicable cooling-off rights must be explained in the context of your transaction and does not waive unrelated statutory rights.

5. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information, genuine records and appropriate authority to act for another person. Confirm the receiving institution’s requirements and respond to requests for necessary information. We will not knowingly assist with false documents or misleading submissions.

6. Timeframes and communications

Indicative timings are estimates unless an enforceable commitment is expressly agreed. Authority backlogs, record searches, document defects, public holidays and third-party requirements can affect progress. We cannot guarantee issue, acceptance, visa success or a processing date outside our control. We remain responsible for the standard of our own agreed services.

7. Cancellations, remedies and refunds

Read our Refund & Cancellation Policy before accepting a quote. Fees properly earned for completed work and authorised external costs are assessed separately from unused funds. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer remedies or statutory refund rights.

8. Documents, privacy and courier arrangements

Only share records relevant to the agreed service and use the channel confirmed by our team. Our Privacy Policy, POPIA Notice and Courier & Collection Policy explain related handling. Courier arrangements, insurance and charges should be agreed before dispatch.

9. Concerns and applicable law

Email info@fastdocumentq.com with your quote or reference, the issue and the remedy requested. We will review the agreed scope and relevant records. South African law applies where applicable, without excluding protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or your right to approach a competent regulator, dispute body or court.
