1. Arrangements agreed for your case
Collection and courier support are provided only where available and included in your written service agreement. Confirm collection authority, delivery destination, original-document requirements, external charges and any insurance before dispatch.
2. Professional support and courier charges
Our professional fees for making arrangements are separate from a courier’s transport charges unless the quotation expressly includes them. Government or institutional collection fees and international duties or destination charges may also be separate.
3. Client instructions and preparation
Provide accurate recipient details, address and contact information. Confirm whether an original is required and any release authorisation needed. Keep copies where appropriate and agree a record of documents handed over. Do not send irreplaceable originals before the collection or dispatch route is confirmed.
4. Timing, tracking and delivery
Courier estimates depend on the route, provider, customs and local delivery conditions. Tracking details should be shared when available. A delivery estimate is not an authority-processing guarantee. Discuss any urgent deadline before accepting a quote.
5. Loss, damage or delivery concerns
Notify us promptly with the reference, tracking details and any relevant evidence. Responsibility is assessed according to the agreed scope, the cause, the courier’s terms and applicable law. The use of a third-party courier does not automatically waive rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Changes, cancellations and costs
Address changes, failed deliveries, returns and cancellation requests are assessed against the arrangements and reasonable costs incurred. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Contact info@fastdocumentq.com to discuss your requirements before arranging dispatch.
