1. What the professional fee pays for

Our professional fee pays for agreed time, expertise, administration and coordination, rather than the purchase of a guaranteed authority decision or certificate. Official and external charges are separate unless included in writing.

2. Non-refundable fees for completed work

Subject to your statutory rights, professional fees attributable to work properly completed under your accepted quotation are non-refundable. Changing your mind, an authority delay or an unsuccessful outcome does not automatically reverse charges for agreed work correctly performed. This clause does not cover work never performed, deficient service or refunds required by law.

3. Cancelling before or during the service

Request cancellation in writing at info@fastdocumentq.com as soon as possible. We will establish what has been completed, what can reasonably be stopped, any authorised commitments already made, and the balance of funds held. We do not impose an automatic forfeiture of the entire deposit regardless of work or circumstances.

4. External charges and unused funds

Authorised government, embassy, notary, institutional or courier charges already paid may be subject to the recipient’s own refund rules. We will account for amounts paid or committed and seek available recoveries where applicable. Unused funds and refundable external amounts will be assessed separately; they are not automatically retained as our professional fee.

5. Statutory rights and service problems

Mandatory cancellation, cooling-off and service-quality remedies under applicable law remain available. Where a statutory remedy requires correction, cancellation or a refund, that requirement takes precedence over this policy. Contact us if the service has not been performed as agreed so the appropriate remedy can be assessed.

6. Refund assessment and payment

Include your name, quote or invoice reference, payment proof, cancellation date and reason for the request. We may ask for information necessary to verify the payment and prevent fraud. We will explain the assessment, any lawful deductions and the refundable balance in writing. Refund timing follows applicable law and the circumstances; no arbitrary delay overrides a statutory deadline.
